Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial manufacturing projects across the Western United States. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships while expanding the West Coast portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in industrial manufacturing/construction, strong client-facing skills, and PMP certification. Travel across the Western US is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex industrial manufacturing or industrial construction projects.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, scope, and financial performance.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build trust and develop long-term relationships.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations, facility infrastructure, and capital project delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the Western United States as needed.
• Business Development/account management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience supporting advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, food & beverage, automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industrial environments.
• Familiarity with capital improvement programs and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of project controls, earned value management, and risk management practices.
• Experience utilizing Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Power BI, or similar project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial manufacturing projects across the Western United States.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and expand a growing West Coast project portfolio.
• Engage with executive stakeholders, operations teams, engineering groups, and contractors.
• Establish long-term client relationships and identify future project opportunities across the region.
