Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial manufacturing and facility infrastructure projects across the Southern California market.

This onsite leadership role requires 7+ years of PM experience in industrial settings, strong budget and MEP management, and the ability to drive project success with clients and cross-functional teams. Great growth path toward long-term leadership within the firm.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PM experience in industrial, manufacturing, facility, or capital project environments.
• Experience leading multimillion-dollar industrial construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong MEP project management experience.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, scope, and financial performance.
• Experience coordinating contractors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead projects independently in an onsite environment.

A leading global engineering and consulting firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial manufacturing and facility infrastructure projects throughout the Southern California market.

This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership opportunity for an experienced project manager who has successfully delivered large-scale capital projects within industrial, manufacturing, plant, or advanced manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of project leadership, financial management, client relationship development, and construction oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial manufacturing, facility, and infrastructure projects from planning through execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, schedules, scopes, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate engineering teams, construction contractors, and operations personnel
• Oversee onsite project execution and construction activities
• Drive project financial performance and client satisfaction
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Support future project growth and business development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in industrial, manufacturing, facility, or capital project environments
• Experience leading multimillion-dollar industrial construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) project management experience
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, scope, and financial performance
• Experience coordinating contractors and cross-functional teams
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to lead projects independently in an onsite environment
• Experience supporting manufacturing plants, industrial facilities, production environments, or similar operations

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification
• Procore experience
• Power BI experience
• Experience within aerospace, semiconductor, automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, food & beverage, or advanced manufacturing facilities
• Facility decommissioning or remediation project experience
