• Mentors less experienced project managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the project team through all phases from planning to closeout.
• Ensures scope, schedule, budget, quality and contract requirements are met.
• Supports business development through client relationships, proposals, and negotiations.
• Attends weekly Management Coordination Meetings to align proposed and secured work.
