Job summary

IMI Industrial Services Group in Greenville, SC seeks a full‑time Civil Project Manager local to the Greenville area. You will direct projects from scope to delivery, ensuring safety and quality while aligning with company policy and goals.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering background and at least three years of PM experience, including budgeting, planning, and coordinating staff. Occasional travel and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in Project Management.
• Knowledge of project management theory and practice.
• Experience in civil estimating.
• People management experience and a commitment to industrial safety.
• Proven skills in strategic planning and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, define scope, goals and deliverables.
• Develop full scale project plans and budgets.
• Coordinate project staff and resources.
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders; address problems and solutions.
• Close projects with client validation and post‑project reviews.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships within the industry.
