Crow Engineering Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Manufacturing & Engineering Project Manager to lead complex projects in Beaverton, OR. This role serves as the primary client contact, coordinating engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will drive detailed planning, budget management, risk mitigation, and reporting to senior leadership, while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial manufacturing, engineering, design-build or industrial construction experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; know when to elevate issues.
• Experience with compliance, permitting, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining relationships and clear communication.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards.
