DNOW is seeking a Sr. Painter/Blaster to prepare surfaces on pipes, tanks, and vessels and to apply industrial coatings to meet specifications. The role requires operating blasting and painting equipment, reading specs, and maintaining safety compliance.

Applicants should have proven experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial settings, familiarity with SSPC/NACE standards, and relevant certifications are preferred. A strong safety mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in industrial painting and abrasive blasting.
• Familiarity with SSPC/NACE standards and coating application.
• Certifications such as SSPC C7/C12, NACE preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare metal surfaces on pipes, tanks, and vessels via abrasive blasting.
• Apply coatings using spray or brush/roller to required thickness.
• Read job specs and safety data sheets to ensure compliance.
• Operate blasting and painting equipment and perform maintenance.
• Conduct quality checks with thickness meters and testers.
• Follow safety protocols including confined spaces and PPE.
