Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Industrial Operations Engineer to drive operational excellence across a major East London facility. You will oversee complex industrial operations, guiding efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.

Lead strategic initiatives, implement Lean and Six Sigma practices, and mentor engineering teams while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to deliver large-scale upgrades and automation projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial operations and engineering management.
• Extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.

Responsibilities
