Job summary

HMS Networks AB is seeking a senior marketer to lead INT marketing in the United States. You will join the global INT Marketing team and translate global direction into a focused US plan, delivering campaigns that drive new customer acquisition, key account development, and channel partner growth.

This broad hands-on role requires setting priorities, building relationships, and driving initiatives from market insight through execution and follow-up. Travel ~10–15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Significant B2B marketing experience in industrial technology, automation or related field.
• Experience building and executing regional marketing plans linked to sales priorities.
• Ability to work with Sales, product teams and external partners to set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the US marketing plan. Adapt global strategies for the US market and identify local opportunities.
• Partner with Sales on growth and account-based marketing with coordinated outreach.
• Plan and execute integrated demand programs across digital channels, content, webinars and events.
• Lead the US event approach for major industry events and ensure timely follow-up with Sales.
• Translate customer insights into messages and share feedback to shape future activities.
• Measure impact with Sales and optimize campaigns based on results.
