Job summary

You will leverage proprietary tools and data platforms to deliver actionable market intelligence, dashboards, and strategic advisory across the Southeast region. This role blends analytics, storytelling, and client engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CRE or consulting experience preferred, but other relevant experience considered.
• Proven ability to present to internal and external audiences using digital mediums.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage clients and produce complex deliverables on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Florida market and broader Southeast Region.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret real estate and economic data to identify market shifts and opportunities.
• Maintain and update property, leasing, and comparable data in proprietary databases.
• Produce quarterly and custom market reports summarizing industrial performance and insights for stakeholders.
• Create data-driven insights and dashboards using digital tools and external data platforms.
• Translate datasets into concise narratives to support brokers, clients, and executives in decision-making.
• Partner with leadership to author research deliverables and thought leadership content.
• Prepare tailored analyses for client pitches, site selections, and investment strategies.
• Present findings in client meetings and support real estate strategy discussions.
• Identify and track new business development opportunities.
