Job summary

Intelligrated is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to support client sites in Westfield, MA. The role focuses on high-level mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repairs, and supporting customers and junior technicians.

You will use schematics, diagnostic tools, and PPE, work overtime and cover multiple shifts as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable operation of conveyor and automation systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Shift work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using electrical/mechanical schematics and diagnostic tools (e.g., multi-meter, laptop).
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE while maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Performs preventive maintenance, repairs and cleaning on equipment (e.g., pneumatic systems, material handling equipment, hydraulic equipment, electronic and electrical equipment).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and follow up with customer on resolutions.
• Willing to work overtime and cover multiple shifts, when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
