Job summary

Intelligrated is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Winchester, VA location. This full-time role supports weekend 12-hour night shifts at a client site, focusing on high-level technical service and on-site troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of automation equipment.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and train customers and junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Shift work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using diagrams and diagnostic tools.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE; maintain equipment and ensure safe work environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and cleaning on equipment and shop.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and follow up on resolutions.
• Willing to work overtime and cover multiple shifts when needed.
