Job summary

Intelligrated, a leading warehouse automation solutions provider, is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to support client operations in Westfield, MA on the weekday second shift.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and uptime of material handling equipment. Strong troubleshooting, PLC awareness, and MS Office skills are valued; occasional overtime and shift coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Shift work may be required

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings and diagnostic tools.
• Follow appropriate safety procedures and use PPE while maintaining equipment to eliminate hazards.
• Performs preventive maintenance, repairs and cleaning on equipment and shop according to safety and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and follow up with customers on resolutions.
• Willing to work overtime and cover multiple shifts, when needed.

As a Sr Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to provide high-level technical support and service to our customers, ensuring the optimal performance of Honeywell products and systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, perform maintenance and repairs, and provide training and guidance to customers and junior technicians. Your expertise and dedication will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of our service operations.

You will report to a client site in Westfield, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings (electronic/mechanical schematics) and diagnostic tools (e.g., multi-meter, laptop)
• Follow appropriate safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while maintaining equipment (Lock Out/Tag Out, Arc Flash, etc.) and ensure a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards.
• Performs preventive maintenance, repairs and cleaning on equipment (e.g., pneumatic systems, material handling equipment, hydraulic equipment, electronic and electrical equipment, etc.) and shop according to safety and quality procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and follow up with customer on resolutions
• Willing to work overtime and cover multiple shifts, when needed
• Other duties as assigned

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of Mechanical and/or Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Shift work may be required
