Job summary

Allied Reliability in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining and troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, digital, and mechanical systems. You will read prints and schematics, and be on-call at a predetermined frequency.

Required are a high school diploma or GED plus 6 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Technical degree, trade school, or maintenance certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong mechanical, electrical, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical single-line diagrams, I/O diagrams, motor control schematics, P&ID drawings and mechanical blueprints.
• Install, inspect, maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, digital control, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot high-volume production equipment and read basic prints and schematics.
• Be on call at a predetermined frequency to support maintenance needs.
• Oversee training of new technicians and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to execute repairs and projects.
