Equiliem is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Cincinnati, OH to perform frontline maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of plant equipment. The role combines mechanical and basic electrical tasks, including pump, gearbox, and conveyor maintenance, lubrication, and component replacement.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to select proper tools and materials for maintenance tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training.

Responsibilities

Perform routine mechanical maintenance on pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors.
Lubricate equipment and inspect wear signs such as bearing failure or component degradation.
Support valves, piping, and fluid handling systems.
Carry out basic electrical tasks including wiring and motor replacement.
Assist instrumentation with installation of flow meters and pressure transmitters.
Maintain spare parts inventory records and verify physical inventory.
