Job summary

Poclain Hydraulics is seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our hydraulic motor manufacturing operations in Wisconsin. This is a hands‑on, advanced role requiring wide expertise in troubleshooting and repairing complex production equipment to maximize uptime.

Ideal candidates will bring 7–10 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong skills in CNC/ PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and a track record of reliability improvements in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

Minimum 7–10 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
Experience maintaining and repairing production equipment in an industrial facility.
Extensive troubleshooting on CNC machine tools, electrical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, PLC‑controlled equipment, and automated manufacturing equipment.
Ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex industrial manufacturing equipment and systems.
Support CNC machining centers, lathes, grinders, assembly equipment, furnaces, conveyors, and facility infrastructure.
Perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo/control systems.
Lead or support machine rebuilds, upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
Utilize CMMS to manage work orders, document repairs, and track maintenance activity.
