Poclain Hydraulics is seeking mechanically inclined individuals to join our industrial maintenance team. We offer paid training and opportunities to grow within advanced manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems, and supporting CNC machinery. Applicants should have a high school diploma and strong teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
• Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Support CNC machines, assembly equipment, heat treat systems, conveyors, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation in CMMS.
• Participate in equipment repairs, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements.
