Job summary

Poclain Hydraulics Inc in Sturtevant, WI is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility systems across all shifts.

You will perform preventive maintenance, assist with troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and document work orders in CMMS while following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
• Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Support CNC machines, assembly equipment, heat treat systems, conveyors, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation in CMMS.
• Participate in equipment repairs, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00/hr (based on experience)
Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour for 2nd & 3rd Shift
