Job summary

Collectors Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our Jersey City, NJ operations. You’ll maintain Ultrasonic Welders, RF Welders, laser cutters, air compressors, cameras, and heat sealers to keep production quality high.

You will collaborate with Engineering, develop PM schedules, and perform both planned and unplanned maintenance while guiding improvements across equipment and processes. Onsite 5 days a week with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical aptitude.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to work in a deadline-sensitive environment and take feedback.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on Ultrasonic Welders, RF Welders, Laser Cutters, Air Compressors, and related equipment to ensure high-quality production.
Collaborate with Engineering to develop and track PM schedules for process machinery.
Perform unplanned maintenance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Execute machine upgrades and testing with a Collector Obsession mindset.
Implement maintenance logs, best practices, and operator-led maintenance tasks with cross-functional teams.
Identify opportunities for equipment and process improvements through root cause analysis.
Work with cross-functional groups to define standard maintenance procedures.
