Job summary

Mega Force Staffing Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to lead preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and execute equipment repairs on the production floor. The role focuses on maintaining uptime and supporting continuous production.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automated equipment, PLCs, robotics, and instrumentation, plus proficiency with DMMs, oscilloscopes, and basic hand tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with automated equipment, PLCs, manufacturing, and robotics.
• Proficiency with a digital multimeter, oscilloscope, and basic hand tools.
• Knowledge of devices and instrumentation used in automated machinery (sensors, analog/digital).
• Experience with steam, pneumatic, hydraulic, and water systems (WFI preferred).
• Ability to work in a cGMP-compliant environment with proper paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots equipment breakdowns and performs mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests from production as assigned by shift lead.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
• Work with OEMs to obtain technical support via phone/email.
