Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician III in Morristown, TN. The role focuses on preventing downtime by diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issues across manufacturing equipment.

You will interpret electrical schematics, perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, and document activities in the CMMS while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance or military maintenance preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience reading electrical blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies including LOTO, PPE, and safe machine operation.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and equipment specs.
• Troubleshoot motors, relays, contactors, and electrical components with diagnostic tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, PLCs, and motor-control systems.
