TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Controls Technician III based in Plant City, FL. You will ensure reliability and uptime for plant equipment, handling electrical and electronic systems, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvements across the facility.

The role requires 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience, strong PLC/VFD knowledge, and CMMS proficiency. It includes 24/7 availability for technical support, mentoring staff, and collaboration with maintenance teams to ensure

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience.
• Strong electrical and electronics proficiency, including controls applications.
• Experience with software applications and device configuration (VFDs, controllers).
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS and basic computing tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Work safely and follow TOPPAN safety rules.
• Pass required electrical skills and safety assessments.
• Maintain documentation of electronic files and software.
• Evaluate applications for electronic systems; implement designs and updates.
• Perform PMs, project work, and repairs on electrical systems up to 480 volts.
• Mentor Maintenance and Label/Printing teams.
• Be available 24/7 for technical consultation and emergency calls.
• Maintain vendor relationships and communication.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Planner on spare-parts inventory.
• Keep electrical parts storage organized and clean.
