Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant maintenance experience, or seven (7) years with an Associate degree or equivalent technical certification.
• Experience in industrial maintenance and facility support.
• Safety, housekeeping, and operational excellence emphasis.
• Experience in plant environments or construction preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and piping systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, calibrate, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, manuals, and technical documentation to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Install, modify, upgrade, and commission production equipment, fixtures, and control systems.
• Analyze and resolve complex equipment malfunctions affecting manufacturing and facility operations.
• Support automation systems, machine communications, control logic, and equipment integration.
• Plan and execute maintenance and repair projects, including material identification and procurement support.
• Fabricate, modify, and install piping, equipment components, and related plant systems.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, diagnostic instruments, forklifts, and elevated work platforms safely and effectively.
• Maintain organized inventory, material storage, and safe housekeeping standards within maintenance and shop areas.
• Generate material lists from engineering concepts and ensure project readiness through proper material planning.
• Support equipment startup, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle hazardous materials and waste in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements when required.
