Job summary

Crown Linen, LLC in Georgia seeks a senior Mechanic III to oversee advanced repairs of industrial laundry systems and facility equipment. You will lead maintenance projects, perform complex diagnostics on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation issues, and mentor junior technicians to improve uptime.

Responsibilities include PLC and VFD programming, preventive maintenance documentation, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in commercial laundry or manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation knowledge with hands-on PLC work.
• Proficient reading blueprints and electrical schematics; CMMS experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to communicate across a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced diagnostics and repairs on industrial laundry machinery and systems.
• Program, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs, VFDs, and control panels.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement long-term reliability improvements.
• Mentor Maintenance Technicians I and II and support shift leadership.
