Job summary

Central Arizona Project seeks an Industrial Hygienist to provide technical, regulatory and programmatic support across departments. You will develop and manage occupational health policies, monitor exposure levels with appropriate instrumentation, and prepare technical reports interpreting health risks to staff and the environment.

This role also delivers safety training, assists in program development, and supports CAP's overall Safety & Health Department initiatives, reporting to the Safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety/occupational health or related sciences.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with all levels of personnel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and regulatory expertise in industrial hygiene and safety oversight.
• Develop and implement occupational health programs and policies; act as program administrator.
• Conduct risk assessments and field monitoring to quantify exposures and recommend corrective actions.
