Job summary

SevenGen is seeking a Senior Industrial Hygiene Project Manager (CIH) to lead complex projects and mentor a team of consultants. You will partner with clients to solve workplace health issues, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and uphold SevenGen's Proven Process.

You’ll develop others, coach project managers and IH consultants, and grow the practice while representing SevenGen with professionalism and technical excellence.

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial hygiene consulting experience.
Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation required.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience leading projects and coaching technical professionals.
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and ACGIH guidance.

Responsibilities

Lead complex industrial hygiene projects from kickoff through final deliverables.
Plan and perform industrial hygiene assessments across manufacturing environments.
Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and technical expertise.
Prepare clear technical reports translating exposure data into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless client experiences.
Coach and develop a small team of Project Managers and Industrial Hygiene Consultants.
