Baker Gulf Coast Industrial, LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on deep foundations and industrial construction projects along the Gulf Coast. You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate crews and subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce safety standards, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Formación

8-10 years of construction experience with deep foundations preferred.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Working knowledge of scheduling and cost control.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.

Responsabilidades

Direct and oversee daily field operations on deep foundations within an industrial environment.
Supervise field personnel, operators, foremen, subcontractors and crews.
Coordinate installation activities for deep foundation systems (driven, drilled, helicals, retention).
Promote and enforce site safety with documented weekly inspections.
Prepare daily progress reports detailing conditions and challenges.
Hold subcontractors accountable to project plans and standards.
Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance with specs.
Lead project quality control including inspections and testing.
Provide hands-on support as workload demands.
Travel to project locations across the Gulf Coast and regions.
