Baker Group is seeking a Site/Project Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale industrial construction projects. You will bridge engineering design and on-site execution, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget compliance.

Responsibilities include directing field strategy, labor and resource management, coordinating subcontractors, managing master schedules, and upholding the Quality Control Plan in alignment with EPC contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial construction.
• Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6.
• Deep understanding of blueprints, P&IDs and BIM models.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification.

Responsabilités

• Field Execution and Strategy: Lead the overall field operations for large-scale industrial projects.
• Labor and Resource Management: Oversee multi-craft labor and equipment/material movement.
• Safety Leadership: Enforce OSHA standards and site safety plans.
• Schedule and Production Oversight: Develop and manage master construction schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Subcontractor and Vendor Coordination: Manage on-site subcontractors and ensure alignment with specs and timeline.
• Quality Control: Oversee QC Plan and regular inspections to minimize rework.
• Financial Stewardship: Monitor field costs and hours to stay within budget; flag overruns early.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as liaison between Project Manager, Engineering, Procurement, and Client.
