Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in industrial construction estimating.
• In-depth knowledge of structural steel fabrication, equipment setting, and piping.
• Experience managing estimates for projects up to $30 million.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project documentation to identify scope, risks, and opportunities.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate pricing from subcontractors.
