This role oversees estimating for capital projects and requires over 10 years of engineering and estimating experience, particularly in manufacturing and industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate will develop cost estimates for projects, leading collaborative efforts with different teams and supporting extensive site visits.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of combined engineering and cost estimating experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Class 4 estimations for Industrial projects.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Developing Class 3 and Class 4 capital cost estimates for projects.
• Conducting detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns across disciplines.
• Building and owning estimating methodologies and tools.

Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Experience with estimating software

Strong financial analysis skills

Effective communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
