Candidates must have over 10 years of estimating experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of combined engineering and cost estimating experience.
• Proven experience as an estimator is essential.
• Must have hands-on experience with estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Develop capital cost estimates and high-level budgets for projects.
• Produce detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope and estimate projects.
