Idlogistics is seeking a Senior Manager of Industrial Engineering to lead strategic engineering initiatives and drive operational excellence across a national multi-site logistics network. You will manage a team of Senior Industrial Engineers, engage customers, and shape solutions with senior leadership, ensuring safety, standardization, and efficiency.

The role requires exceptional customer service, strong presentation skills, and the ability to influence across complex operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience including leadership of engineering teams and large-scale initiatives.
• 3+ years in operations, manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments with multi-site leadership.
• Proven success leading continuous improvement initiatives delivering measurable safety, cost, performance, or throughput improvements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Access.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs and report non-compliance.
• Observe safety rules and support enforcement/training.
• Own identification, prioritization, and execution of major CI and automation initiatives with ROI analyses and roadmaps.
• Lead and develop a team of Industrial Engineers and engineering leaders; build capability and succession plans.
• Partner with customers and facilities to document best practices for layout design, process flow, productivity, and safety.
