Job summary

E-Space is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to own the Arlington factory layout, optimize material flow, and plan workstation and equipment installs. You will model capacity and line balance across production areas, enabling ramp to rate with hands-on collaboration across design, manufacturing, and operations.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial manufacturing, strong AutoCAD skills, and a BS in a related engineering field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial or manufacturing engineering in a complex production environment.
• BS in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own HQ factory layout and maintain facility layouts in AutoCAD as production scales.
• Design end-to-end process and material flow across all production areas.
• Model capacity, takt, and line balance to plan equipment, workstations, and headcount.
• Plan and execute line moves, equipment installs, and facility readiness.
