Job summary

You will lead process improvement, industrialization, and capacity planning using Lean, Six Sigma, data analytics, and simulation tools. The role requires a hands-on problem-solver with extensive manufacturing experience and a drive to build scalable production processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of industrial engineering or manufacturing experience.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, RCCA.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize manufacturing processes across additive manufacturing, machining, and post-processing.
- Lead process industrialization and NPI efforts, transitioning products to full-rate production.
- Drive RCCA for production and quality issues with sustainable solutions.
- Develop and maintain process controls, standard work, work instructions, and inspection strategies.
