Qualifications

• Strong lean manufacturing expertise with data-driven problem solving.
• Experience leading medium-scale projects and mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities

• Special Process Ownership: manage processes with stability and control.
• Process Development and Qualification: qualify new processes and support production readiness.
• Production Support and Continuous Improvement: troubleshoot, improve yield and throughput.
• Root Cause Investigation: lead complex investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Supplier and Compliance Management: coordinate with suppliers and audits.
• Communication and Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain.
