Qualifications

• BS degree and 4+ years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority for assigned special processes (e.g., coating, heat treat) ensuring stability and compliance.
• Develop, validate, qualify, and implement new processes and controls for new product introductions.
• Provide day-to-day manufacturing support to improve yield, throughput, and quality.
