  • Developing and executing a manufacturing workflow capacity model to identify and address capacity constraints across the enterprise.
  • Deploying and refining existing models, and supporting capacity expansion justifications.
  • Balancing tactical capacity modeling with strategic process improvements.
  • Conducting value stream studies and leading capacity evaluation events.
  • Providing regular reports and recommendations to leadership.
  • Maintaining modeling standards and developing training materials.
  • Mentoring colleagues and promoting best practices.
Must Haves

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of capacity modeling experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.

Nice to Have
  • Advanced degree or MBA in a technical field.
  • Proficiency with time study, line balance analysis, MS Excel, Power BI, VBA, SQL.
  • Experience with value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and regulated environments.
  • Travel willingness up to 25%. Certifications in Six Sigma/Lean preferred.
