Job summary

Jabil in Florence, KY is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer III to develop and implement efficient production methods and process controls for new and existing assembly operations. You will monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive quality improvements, serving as a technical expert on manufacturing projects involving liquid cooling systems.

The role is on-site at our Florence facility with relocation assistance if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a engineering field (Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing) or related.
• Minimum 5 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with liquid-cooled technology or data center hardware is preferred.
• Familiarity with process control systems and instrumentation.
• Strong analytical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production methods and process controls.
• Monitor assembly processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Drive quality improvements and data-driven process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with design, QA, and maintenance.
• Own lifecycle of process equipment from selection to upgrades.
• Support commissioning and validation of new cooling systems.
• Develop maintenance plans to ensure high uptime and reliability.
