Job summary

Jabil in Florence, KY, is seeking a senior Quality Engineer to lead quality strategy for liquid-cooled servers and racks. You will manage CTQs, PFMEA, control plans, and ISO 9001:2015 processes, guiding NPI through ramp with cross-functional alignment.

You will drive quality metrics, supervise audits, and ensure supplier and customer satisfaction while improving yield, reliability, and compliance on a fast-paced production floor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering for cloud/data-center hardware or equivalent
• Experience with liquid-cooled technology in a manufacturing setting
• Hands-on PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP/FAI, MSA, SPC, and DMAIC/8D/A3 problem solving

Responsibilities

• Lead problem-solving activities and establish robust quality controls
• Drive continuous improvement and partner with cross functional teams
• Ensure high quality, safety, and performance for liquid-cooled assemblies and racks
• Own quality function through NPI to ramp and sustaining
• Lead 8D/A3 investigations and implement CAPAs with data-driven communication
• Publish procedures and train operators on critical quality features
