Gildan in North Carolina's Eden distribution center seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer to optimize labor standards, analyze data, and lead continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering required.
• 3–4+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in a distribution center, warehouse, logistics, or large operation.
• Strong experience with labor management, reporting, data analysis, and WMS.
• Advanced Excel skills with macros and data visualization.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Lean/CI experience; Green Belt/Black Belt a plus, training available.

Responsibilities

• Optimize labor standards and performance using WMS, LM, and reporting tools.
• Analyze data and recommend process improvements to boost productivity and cut costs.
• Build and enhance reports using Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint to communicate insights.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
• Support slotting, sequencing, SKU placement, replenishment strategies, and planning.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, IT, Finance, and Distribution to solve challenges.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor within the IE team.
