Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in industrial/manufacturing engineering, operations research, or statistics from an accredited institution.
Three (3) years of experience in a labor management program, engineering labor standards within a distribution or fulfillment center.
Experience in AutoCAD or similar CAD tool.
Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology.
Experience in SQL.
Responsibilities
Drive the development of a comprehensive labor management program, including workforce planning.
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify, analyze, and lead improvement projects across distribution centers.
Gather, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for decision-making.
Work with Operations, IT, and Supply Chain teams for integration.
Manage financial aspects of project teams and monitor costs.
Manage multiple projects and provide guidance and training.
