Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in industrial/manufacturing engineering, operations research, or statistics from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) years of experience in a labor management program, engineering labor standards within a distribution or fulfillment center.
• Experience in AutoCAD or similar CAD tool.
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Experience in SQL.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of a comprehensive labor management program, including workforce planning.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify, analyze, and lead improvement projects across distribution centers.
• Gather, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for decision-making.
• Work with Operations, IT, and Supply Chain teams for integration.
• Manage financial aspects of project teams and monitor costs.
• Manage multiple projects and provide guidance and training.
