Job summary

Target is seeking a Industrial Engineer to lead deployment and maintenance of Engineered Labor Standards and Labor Management Systems across multiple facilities. You will drive cost reductions, waste elimination, and productivity gains while guiding operational teams through training and change management.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least three years in industrial engineering within distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments, and travel

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of industrial engineering experience in distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or retail operations.
• Experience with labor standards and labor management systems, quantitative and observational analysis, structured problem-solving, project management, and influencing change.
• Travel of approximately 80% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment, configuration, validation, and ongoing maintenance of Engineered Labor Standards and Labor Management Systems across multiple facilities.
• Identify and implement process improvements that reduce costs, eliminate waste, and improve productivity.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and change-management support to operational and cross-functional teams.
