The role partners with operations leadership to design efficient processes and drive continuous improvement across logistics and manufacturing. Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and strong Excel skills required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and improve material flow, inventory movement, and production support processes.
• Design and optimize warehouse layouts, storage locations, workstations, and assembly support areas.
• Develop and maintain PFEP methodologies.
• Conduct time studies, labor analysis, and productivity evaluations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Support line-side delivery planning and implementation.
• Create visual management tools and standard work documentation.
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with process mapping, workflow development, and operational design projects.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma activities.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and customer teams to support business objectives.
