A leading defense manufacturing firm is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer at their Knoxville, TN facility. This role emphasizes the development and optimization of additive manufacturing processes. The ideal applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and over 7 years of relevant industry experience. In addition to strong problem-solving abilities, familiarity with CAD tools and a hands-on approach to manufacturing challenges are valued. Qualifications
- 7+ years of industrial engineering or manufacturing experience in a relevant industry.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance is required.
- Hands-on experience with metal additive manufacturing is a plus.
Responsibilities

- Drive process industrialization efforts from development to production.
- Develop and implement process controls and standard work instructions.
