Job Title: Senior Industrial Engineer

Join us at L3Harris Technologies as a Senior Industrial Engineer in Palm Bay, FL. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to optimize our production processes and drive efficiency through advanced analytical techniques and industrial engineering principles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced production plans and schedules to meet organizational goals.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Design and optimize workflows, layouts, and resource allocation.
• Lead development of predictive models for production needs and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production plans with business objectives.
• Mentor junior engineers and production planners, staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with 7 years, or 13 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in complex production planning, scheduling, and predictive modeling.
• Experience with tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, and simulation software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Industrial Engineering degree.
• Ability to obtain DoD Clearance (preferred).
• Experience with SAP or similar MRP systems, AutoCAD, Pro-E, MS Project, SharePoint, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Strong project management skills and experience mentoring junior engineers.
