Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Associate Manufacturing Engineer in Camden, AR to lead manufacturing planning.

You will develop detailed production plans, coordinate with design and production to ensure manufacturability, and drive improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality across operations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years in manufacturing engineering, or a graduate degree with 0–2 years, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related engineering experience.
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with exposure to manufacturing planning.

We are excited to announce an opening for a Sr. Associate Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Manufacturing Planning. We are looking for a candidate with a robust background in manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and optimizing our manufacturing operations. Preferred Additional Skills

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing planning tools (e.g., ERP systems).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
