Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2 years college/technical education preferred.
5+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of machine control (PLC, sensors, IO).
Welding and fabrication experience is required.
Flexible schedule with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

Actively support a safe work environment by following safety policies and improving workplace safety.
Complete preventive maintenance inspections on a weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks including tightening, adjusting, lubricating, and replacing components.
Troubleshoot production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime.
Communicate parts, supplies, and repair needs to stakeholders clearly.
Support continuous improvement by identifying efficiency improvements and new technologies.
Document repairs, inspections, and PM activities accurately.
Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to meet production needs.
Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and respect in all interactions.
