Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years of industrial electrician experience in manufacturing or large facilities.
• Experience with 480 VAC power distribution systems and industrial electrical infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting with motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, relays, contactors, and electrical control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, construction drawings, and technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, lockout/tagout, and industrial electrical safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance and reliability of electrical systems across multiple buildings.
• Troubleshoot and repair high‑voltage distribution, motor controls, PLC systems.
• Install wiring, lighting, transformers, breakers, panels, and disconnects.
• Lead upgrades to panelboards, transformers, MCCs, and distribution gear.
• Plan electrical shutdowns and tie-ins with minimal production impact.
• Root-cause analysis of failures; implement corrective actions.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance for critical assets.
• Support new equipment installations and commissioning activities.
• Manage electrical contractors and vendors for maintenance projects.
• Document asset changes and maintenance in CMMS.
