Job summary
Amentum is seeking a 1st shift Industrial Electrician III at Mossville Tech Center. Typical hours are 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday; hours may vary with demand.
The role provides preventive and corrective maintenance on facility electrical and mechanical equipment in an industrial environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least three years as a maintenance electrician in an industrial setting, with the ability to install conduit, terminate wiring,
Qualifications
- Three years of experience as a maintenance electrician in an industrial environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to work at heights up to 30 feet in aerial lifts or scissor lifts.
- Pre-employment substance abuse test required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnoses, troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs electrical equipment up to 480-volt 3 phase and facility systems.
- Runs conduit and terminates wiring per job specifications.
- Follows National Electric Code (NEC) and uses CMMS for maintenance tracking.
- Responds to work orders with safety and code compliance.
- Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
