Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical environments.
• Journeyman Electrician License preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a competency test and pre-employment physical, including a drug screen.
• Valid driver's license for local travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Test complex electrical assemblies involving low voltage power circuits and control systems.
• Create comprehensive testing reports and safety documentation.
• Provide feedback on design issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Train production team members on best practices to reduce installation issues.
• Identify opportunities to prebuild assemblies to improve timelines.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset and store tools properly.
• Support ongoing quality and efficiency in production workflows.
