Job summary

Tri-City Group in Davenport, IA is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to oversee on-site administrative and technical management of industrial electrical construction projects. The role requires a Journeyman Electrician license or a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of five years of project management experience.

Candidates must read blueprints, manage scope and budget, and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience in Industrial Electrical Construction Project Management.
• Must be able to walk industrial sites and read blueprints.
• Ability to manage project deliverables within scope and budget, and coordinate with customers, A-E reps and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervises construction effort to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Supports estimating and change management, including take-offs and subcontractor proposals.
• Coordinates purchases, schedules, and on-site administrative staff for accounting and purchasing.
• Interacts with customers, field and office personnel to maintain morale and relationships.
• Performs site inspections, safety reviews, and quality reviews; prepares documentation.
